We have changed all of our buns to a new Ciabatta bread. It's softer, tastier and just nicer. Gardenia will be making a Ciabatta in the shape of a hotdog bun for you purists out there;) We use only 100% Pure Corn Oil from Sime Darby. It isn't supposed to have any cholesteral, should be very low in trans-fats and is a very clean oil to fry with. Unfortunately, corn oil has gone up about 40% in the last six months. What to do? Our Botak Burgers are made from 100 Australian Chilled PRS beef. That means that the juices aren't thawed out of the beef before we get it. Makes for tastier and juicier burgers. Skinless Chicken Breast is the number one choice of protein for body builders outside of that powder stuff they drink. Yech!

To all the enquiries asking whether we are certified halal; I'm sorry to say that we are not certified halal. We do have real bacon, pork sausage and gammon ham on the menu. We also use wine and brandy in our sauce recipes. However, if we are able to attain a certain level of revenue, we will create a halal kitchen and open some halal outlets similar to Botak Jones.
