BOTAK JONES® was born out of the idea that everyone should have access to well-made food of all types. Seeing a definite lack of availability of good, well made western food in the industrial and heartland areas, Botak Jones is trying to fill that need.

Using our experience in the F&B business stretching back to 1996, the BOTAK JONES® crew are working on ways to bring the quality of food and service into a more comfortable, everyday setting, which translates into coffee shops and eating houses, where people feel at ease and can dress as they wish and be themselves.

While there is a plethora of fine food in Singapore, it is located in areas where the Heartlander may only visit from time to time if at all. By presenting BOTAK JONES® in their estate, it makes this quality of food and service available on a daily basis. Singapore is a developed country and we feel that everyone should have the opportunity to taste what the world has to offer no matter where and how they live.



All the food sold by BOTAK JONES® from the spice mix used to enhance the crinkle cut French fries to the breading of the pacific dory for the fish and chips to the tartar sauce and Caesar dressing for our Caesar salad is made in our own kitchen. The few items that BOTAK JONES® does not make are sourced from quality manufacturers whose quality standards are always consistent and meet our own standards of quality and freshness.

By making over 95% of the menu ourselves, it allows us to offer the food at prices that are more convenient for everyday dining without sacrificing quality. BOTAK JONES® doesn’t cut corners on preparation and our standards are as high as most fine restaurants, in some cases, even higher. Our policies almost guarantee that you will enjoy your meal.

Our Cajun Chicken is flavorful and juicy, even though it is made from the healthier breast meat of the chicken, our burgers are made by hand, our steaks and lamb chops are hand marinated and cut and grilled to order. Except for our fish and chips and our mozzarella stuffed jalapeno peppers, which we also make ourselves, everything is char-grilled over lava rocks for that clean outdoor flavor.

Their years in the F&B industry in various venues from pubs to restaurants to Clubs has aide in the creation of BOTAK JONES®. They have sought to take what they saw as the draw or pull of these previous adventures and open outlets where everyone and anyone can enjoy them.
